Squirtle.

Squirtle with all his power uses Bubble beam, he spins around and bites harder than ever, he's feeling really mad and uses water gun full power, then goes down low, just like he did last time, so charizard can't hit him, then he springs back up and tackles with full force.

Squirtle pretends to use water gun but he doesn't really instead he tackles, he then shoots out bubble beam really powerfully, then he really does shoout of Water gun and finally bites with all his power.
